Bas Verster has implemented best in class Customer Experience functions to strengthen the brand and increase customer satisfaction, and has led operations departments. Building key organizational capabilities with significant impact on business performance, people development and process management Bas Verster has improved their service delivery and transformed and optimized the employee and customer experience.
As a graduate with a focus on decision making and organizational change management Bas Verster started his career in Marketing in the areas of customer management, pricing, and quality management. With a broad commercial and marketing & sales foundation Bas Verster moved towards logistics and distribution, SAP, Oracle, ITC, and operations.
With commercial, IT and operational experience Bas Verster started working for start-up companies. Initially with a focus on operational process management and systems Bas Verster moved to leadership positions where he became end-to-end responsible for launching new operations and businesses, steering organizations to mature, initiating growth, or helping them aspire operational excellence.
Bas Verster is an Erasmus University Rotterdam and Florida State University alumnus and holds the master of arts title in Public Administration and the bachelor title in Business Administration. Since January 2020 Bas Verster is a certified customer experience professional.
